Privacy Policy

What we store

Fleet account details, driver names and contact details you enter, vehicle records, inspection records (answers, odometer, timestamps, signature name), photos attached to defects, and audit logs of submissions.

We store the minimum needed to run the product. There is no advertising and no third-party analytics tag on these pages.

Where it lives

Records are held in a SQLite database and a media directory on a single encrypted-at-rest Fly.io volume in the iad region, backed up by nightly volume snapshots.

A driver's device also holds a copy of anything not yet submitted. Stored offline records are removed from the device when the record is accepted by the server, or when the driver clears the app's data.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a customer id and a subscription status; we never receive or store card numbers.

Retention

Fleet records are kept while your account is open. Ask us to delete them and the deletion is complete within 30 days; encrypted backups age out within 7 days.

Your rights

Write to support@preshift.algd.store to request an export or deletion of your fleet's data. We answer within 30 days.
